To receive notifications about test publications from suites, go to the suites page within the project, select the desired test suite, and then click the bell icon button. Setting up notifications for test runs follows the same process, but you need to navigate to the page of the desired test plan.
In a test run, you can perform bulk assignments of tests to testers, bulk sending of tests for retest, and bulk deletion of tests from the run. To perform bulk actions, it's not necessary to select tests before performing these actions - suitable tests will be selected automatically. However, you can manually select desired tests by activating the checkbox next to each needed test.
You cannot add checklists to a test run or complete them. However, you can create test cases based on a checklist, which can then be executed. To do this, on the scenarios page, select the desired checklists, click the three-dot menu, and select "Link to scenarios".
No, you cannot delete a test case, but you can set its status to "Not in use". Test cases with "Not in use" status are not displayed in the list.
Test cases can be searched by name, status, and priority. To open the test case search on the scenarios page, click the magnifying glass icon.
No, you cannot delete a test plan.
To complete a test run, you need to specify its end date in its settings. Settings can be accessed on the test run page by clicking the three-dot menu. When the date specified in the settings arrives, the test run will be completed, and both the run itself and the tests within it will become unavailable for editing.
